We share personal information only with parties directly involved in your transaction — such as the lender arranging your financing and the lawyer or notary handling closing — and only the information they need. We disclose information when required by law or to regulators with authority over our business (BCFSA, FINTRAC, and others as applicable). We do not sell personal information.

We retain personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes described in this policy, or as required by applicable regulatory retention schedules, after which it is securely destroyed or anonymized.
