The Weekend Mortgage is a British Columbia private mortgage brokerage founded by Devin Sharma, focused on second mortgages, bridge and interim financing, and equity take-out. In three years, we've arranged more than $10 million in private financing for BC borrowers — working directly with them and their advisors to structure terms secured against real property, with clear conditions at every stage.
Our Approach
We underwrite every file on its own merits and disclose every fee before you sign — typically 1% to 3% of the loan amount, with nothing hidden and nothing added at closing. If the numbers don't work, we say so — because getting it right matters more than getting it done fast.
